摘要
用SD大鼠坐骨神经研究聚乳酸管和硅胶管对神经离断伤吻合口的影响。单侧坐骨神经完全离断后行单纯端端吻合,吻合口处套以聚乳酸管和硅酸管,于术后8周取出标本,进行肉眼、光镜、电生理和双侧腓肠肌湿重测定。结果表明,聚乳酸管可以有效地预防神经吻合口的粘连和疤痕组织对其产生压迫和固定,提高周围神经损伤后的功能恢复率,为神经再生提供一个不受外界干扰的,有利于其生长的"微环境"。
The influence of polylactic-acid and silicone tubes on the anastomotic stoma of ampulated nerves is studied with SD rat sciatic nerves in the paper. The simple end-to-end anastomosis was performed on the unilateral sciatic nerve completely severed ,and the anastomosed site was slipped into polylactic-acid and silicone tubes. Eight weeks after operation ,the sample resected was observed by naked eye ,optical microscopy and electrophysiology and the wet weight of the gastrocnemius muscles on both sides was measured. The results suggested that the polylactic-acid tube could effectively prevent the adhesion,compression and fixation of the nervous anastomotic stoma from the scar tissues, improve the functional recovery rate of the injured peripheral nerves,and provide the nerve regeneration with a good 'microenvironment' , not being disturbed by the outer sphere but benefiting the nerve growth.
