摘要
采用滑动式小腿骨折外固定器治疗胫腓骨骨折43例。结果优33例,良7例,可3例,优良率95.5%。力学分析表明本固定器不但可借助螺杆纠正重叠、移位和成角.而且当载荷或肌肉活动时,燕尾结构的双滑块对向滑动,可使骨折端通过适宜的活动,产生恒定和间断的生理应力,从而加速了骨折的修复。
Forty-three cases of tibio-fibular fracture were treated by sliding external fixator for the leg fracture. The results were excellent in 33 cases, good in 7 and fair in 3. The excellent-good rate was 95. 5%. Through the mechanical analysis, it was suggested that the device was able not only to correct the overlapping, displacement and angulation with its screws but also, as the two slide blocks on the swallow-tailed structure slided to each other during the weightbearing and muscular activity, to give a suitable activity and a constant interrupted physiological stress to the fragments , which was the optimum for the fracture healing ,not interfering with the fragmental stress but speeding up the fragmental repair.
