摘要
观察舒氨西林治疗呼吸系感染８９例，其中８４例用量为２．２５ｇ／次，２次／ｄ，５例为３．０ｇ／次，２次／ｄ，均为静脉滴注，疗程７～１４ｄ。结果痊愈４３例，显效３８例，进步２例，无效６例，总有效率为９１％，无效９％；痰细菌培养阳性６例均转为阴性；出现不良反应９例。说明舒氨西林对单一的肺部感染效果甚佳，对呼吸系感染疗效可靠，不良反应少。
patients with respiratory tract infection were treated with sulbactam/ampicillin injection in 2 different regimens:84 of them were in a dose of 2.25g twice daily for 7～14 days;5 of them were in a dose of 3 g twice daily for 7～14 days.43 of them were cured,38 were effective,2 were improvement and 6 were no response,with a total effective rate of 91% and a total failure rate of 9%.6 patients with positive sputum culture were turn to negative after treatment.
