摘要
目的调动护理人员的工作积极性和主动性,有效提高护理质量和护理管理水平。方法将护理系统分为护理部、护士长、护士3个层次,逐层制定相应的量化管理奖惩方案,将绩效管理与量化管理有机结合,采用量化的方法,对护理人员的精神文明、劳动纪律、工作质量、工作数量进行统一考评计分,并与奖金挂钩。结果调动了护士的工作积极性和主动性,同时,也增强了护理人员的责任心和压力感,促进了护理工作质量的提高。结论实行层级量化管理制度,有利于护理部和护士长的管理。
Objective To motivate nursing staff' s working enthusiasm and activity,and improve the quality of nursing and level of nursing management effectively. Methods We divided the nursing system into three classes -the nursing department,head nurse and nurse,established quantitive encouragement and punishment regulations respectively,combined performance management with quantity management,evaluated the working performance of each person by quantitive method from the aspects of spiritual civilization,labor discipline,the quality and quantity of work,and linked the evaluation scores with bonus. Results This practice motivated nurses' working enthusiasm and activity, enhanced the personnel' s responsibility and feeling of pressure, and promoted the quality of nursing. Conclusion Practising class quantity managment is benifit to nursing management level of nursing department and head nurses.
