摘要
目的探讨高频聚焦超声与微波治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效及不良反应。方法288例宫颈糜烂患者随机分为微波治疗组150例与高频聚焦治疗组138例、观察各自的疗效及不良反应。结果高频聚焦组对轻中重度宫颈糜烂治疗的痊愈率分别是91．3％、82．6％、47．8％，微波组对轻中重度宫颈糜烂治疗的痊愈率分别是96．0％、88．0％、76．0％，两组对宫颈轻中度糜烂的疗效差异无统计学意义，而对重度糜烂微波的疗效差异有统计学意义。高频聚焦组无一例阴道出血，阴道排液时间短约5～10d，微波有34例（22．7％）阴道出血，阴道排液时间长约12～30d。两组阴道排液时间差异有统计学意义。结论两种物理疗法对轻中度宫颈糜烂的治疗均有较好疗效，而高频聚焦组不良反应相对较少，且适合于已婚未孕妇女。
Objective To investigrat the clinical effectiveness and individual side effect of intensity focused ultrasound treatment and microwave treatment on chronic cervicitis. Methods The ultrasound therapintic equipment was applied to treat 138 eases with chronic cervicitis. The microwave equipment was applied to treat 150 cases with chronic cervicitis. The individual efficacy and after treatment were recorded and compared. Results The cured rate of the intensity focused ultrasound treatment on mild, moderate and severe cervicitis was 91.3 %, 82.6 % and 47.8 %. The cured rate of the microwave treatment on mild, moderate and severe cervicitis was 96.0 % ,88.0 % and 76.0 %. there was no significant diviation between the two groups on mild and moderate cervicitis, but on the severe cervicitis there was significant diviation between the two groups. On the intensity focused ultrasound treatment group there was no bleeding, and the leucorrhea discharge lasted for 5 to 10 days. On microwave treatment group there were 34 patients bleeding,and the leucorrhea discharge lasted for 12 to 30 days, there was significant diviation between the two groups. Conclusion Both treatments are efficient on chronic cervicitis, but about the side effect intensity focused ultrasound treatment group is more less than the microwave treatment group, and it fits to married unpregnancy women.
