摘要
当前国内所采用的传统机械模切,其中模切板的制作过程复杂且成型后修改困难,针对这种情况研制了一种新型的数控激光模切机。根据计算机内包装纸盒展开图样,由激光束直接加工材料表面达到模切和压痕效果,以激光的非接触式加工代替了传统的机械加工,不再需要木质镶刀模切板,从而降低了生产成本。通过样机实验,初步验证了其可行性。
The traditional die-cutting are very complicated to produce and modify the packaging carton after printed. To solve the above problems, a new type of digital controlled laser die-cutting machine is developed, which uses laser to process the surface of the bulk material based on the expanding pattern of the packaging carton in the computer. So the machine is capable of completing die-cutting and creasing successfully. The noncontact process of laser replaces the traditional mechanical process, and there's no need for the dies so that the production costs have been reduced greatly. The first experiment shows good feasibility of this technology.
