摘要
对５５例腰椎间盘病变和椎管狭窄症术后腰腿痛复发者进行回顾性分析，从临床和ＣＴ检查两方面阐述了术后疗效不好的原因，认为术前明确诊断并制定详细的手术方案是手术成功的基本条件。影像检查的综合分析及临床、放射科医师的密切配合也是不可缺少的。
A vetrograde analysis about postoperative recurrent lumbago and leg pain caused by pathological changes of lumbointervertebral disc and lumbar spinal stenosis in 55 cases was made. The reason of why therapeutic effect of a past of partial patients was not good was interpreted via clinical study and CT scan. We regarded that clear and definite diagnosis before operation and detailed operative scheme were basic conditions for successful operation. But the priority of CT examination was apparent and comprehensive analysis of the image was essential.
