摘要
介绍了直接数字频率合成技术的工作原理和由直接数字频率合成器、数字信号处理器、非共线TeO2红外声光器件等组成的声光单色系统及其性能测试。实验结果表明,采用直接数字频率合成技术可使声光单色系统实现简单化(数字信号处理器控制完成频率合成),并具有频率范围宽(0-120MHz)、频率转换时间短(100μs)、输出信号的频率稳定性高(×10-6级)和频率分辨率高(0.033Hz)等优点。
The working principle of direct digital frequency synthesis technology is described. The performance of an acousto-optic monochromatic system (acoustic-optic tunable filter, AOTF), consiting of a direct digital frequency synthesizer, a digital signal processor and a nonlinear TeO2 infrared AOTF, was tested. The experimental results show that the AOTF monochromatic system based on the direct digital frequency synthesis technology has the advantages of simple design, wide frequency range (0- 120 MHz), short fre- quency transfer time (100μs), high frequency stability (10-6) and high frequency resolution (0. 033Hz).
