介绍了等离子煤粉点火系统的设计方案,包括点火装置、磨煤机冷炉制粉、辅助系统等。某电厂1×600MW超临界发电机组,在对锅炉燃烧器进行等离子点火装置改造后,整个试运期间仅燃油费可节约2730万元,扣除原煤、耗电及改造费用,直接经济效益达1642万元,可为电厂节约巨额资金,效益极高。
The designed scheme of plasma ignition system for pulverized coal has been presented, including ignition facility, coal pulverizing for cold furnace, and auxiliary system etc. . For 1×600 MW supercritical power - generating unit in one power plant, after the burners retrofitted to plasma ignition, only the annual expenditure of fuel oil can be saved by RMB 27. 3 million yuan. Deducting cost of raw coal, power comumption and retrofit, direct economic benefit valued at RMB 16. 42 million yuan, enormous capital can be saved for the power plant, reducing greatly the cost of investment.
