摘要
介绍一种基于FPGA设计线阵CCD器件TCD1208AP复杂驱动电路和整个CCD的电子系统控制逻辑时序的方法,并给出时序仿真波形。工程实践结果表明,该驱动电路结构简单、功耗小、成本低、抗干扰能力强,适应工程小型化的要求。
A design method for the complex driving circuit of linear array CCD TCD1208AP and for the control logic timer of the whole electronic system of the CCD is introduced, and its waveforms of timing simulation are given in this article. The result of the project realization indicates that the driving circuit is characterized by simple framework,low power consumption and strong anti-jamming ability,which meet the demand of miniaturization for the project.
