摘要
以偏钨酸氨为原料,采用喷雾干燥、焙烧、球磨和纯氨氮化工艺进行了氮化钨粉体制备研究.采用X-射线衍射仪、扫描电镜和激光粒度仪分析了制备过程中各阶段产物的物相、形貌、粒度及团聚形成的二次粒度.结果表明:采用喷雾干燥工艺、焙烧和湿磨工艺可以制备出粒度约为100 nm的WO3粉体,它在团聚后形成的二次颗粒平均粒度为0.64μm;采用纯氨氮化工艺可以在650℃下将这种粉体完全转变为WN,其晶粒尺度为35 nm,在常温下团聚后的二次平均粒度为6.4μm.
Nanometer tungsten nitride powders were synthesized as ammonium metatungstate by means of spray drying, calcination, milling and nitration in pure ammonia. The morphology, particle size and phases in each process were characterized by using SEM and XRD. Results indicated that tungsten trioxide powders were obtained by spray drying, calcination and wet milling process, particle size of which was about 100 nm, and average size of agglomerated particles was 0.64 μm; these powders were transformed completely into tungsten nitride powders at 650℃ by nitriding in pure ammonia, whose grain size was 35 nm. An average size of agglomerated particles in tungsten nitride powders was 6.4 μm.
