摘要
新形势下,在现代护理观为指导,应树立崭新护理形象,为此要求护理人员在具备有基础理论知识、科研知识、计算机知识、外语能力、学习及教育、专业技能和管理能力的同时,还应进一步提高保健作用、多元文化护理、护理经济管理等多方面的素质。
Today, in the direction of modem nursing view, the new nursing status should be built. So nursing staffs should have not only the foundation of medical theory but also other abilities, for example, the ability of research and management, the knowledge of computer, and so on. In addition, it is also important to increase the quality of nursing and the management of nursing-economics.
