摘要
能够准确的收集显微切割后的样品对生物显微切割技术在分子病理学研究中具有至关重要的作用,为此本文提出了一种真空吸附式微玻璃管对目标组织收集和释放的新方法。首先简要分析了几种在生物显微切割技术中应用的收集方法,然后重重描述了真空吸附式收集方法的工作原理和释放操作,较好地完成面向生物显微操作中被操作对象的拾取任务。
It is of crucial importance to bio-microdissection during the research on molecular pathology that the tissue samples after dissecting can be picked up and collected exactly. A new way is therefore proposed to pick up, collect and release the target tissues by use of a vacuum-adsorption microsized suction tube. Analyzing some different ways the working principle of vacuum-adsorption is described with the system design of vacuum unit explained. Experimental results showed the high performance of the vacuum-adsorpion system that provides picking-up/releasing action during bio-microdissection operation.
