摘要
将系统分析方法和差额法相结合,对某育种公司的Ⅰ×(Ⅱ×Ⅲ)♀配套繁育体系的13个生产性状的育种重要性进行了评估,结果表明:育种重要性居前三位的性状Ⅰ系为10周龄体重、0~10周龄饲料转化率和肉质评分,Ⅱ系为肉质评分、0~10周龄饲料转化率和年产蛋数,Ⅲ系为年产蛋数、成年体重和蛋重.运用简化综合育种值的原理确立了每个纯系的重点选育性状,Ⅰ系为10周龄体重和肉质评分,Ⅱ系为肉质评分、10周龄体重和年产蛋数,Ⅲ系为年产蛋数.育种目标的评估结果将为配套系的进一步选育提供理论指导.
Systems analysis combined with the difference method was used to evaluate the breeding importance of 13 production traits in pure lines of an actual three-way crossing system (Ⅰ×(Ⅱ×Ⅲ)♀). The results indicated that the traits with the highest breeding importance were body weight at 10 wk of age (P, W10), feed conversion from birth to 10 wk of age (FCV10) and meat quality assessment score (MS) in the line Ⅰ , MS, FCV10 and egg number (EN) in the line Ⅱ , EN, adult body weight and egg weight in the line Ⅲ. The selection traits in pure lines were determined on the principle of reduced aggregate breeding value. Those should be improved first were BWl0 and MS in the line Ⅰ , MS, BW10 and EN in the line Ⅱ , and EN in the line Ⅲ. The conclusions would be helpful to the breeding strategies of the actual crossing system in the future.
