摘要
分析了增设高承台支座的单晶炉的自振特性。根据设备对环境振动的高要求,首先分析并计算环境振动对其影响,给出振动加速度反应谱曲线,按照单自由度体系对加支座的单晶炉进行强迫振动分析;然后按基本烈度8度分析并计算设备的水平地震作用及其效应。
Vibration feature is analyzed for designing the single crystal furnace with tall support. Action and response of environment vibration are analyzed and computed for single crystal furnace from strict request of environment vibration. Response spectrum curve of vibration acceleration is given. Vibration analysis of single free degree system is made for single crystal furnace. Horizontal vibration and response of earthquake are analyzed and computed for the equipment according to base intensity 8 degree.
