摘要
不均匀热电势沿铜铁合金热电极长度上的分布可描述为各态历经的平稳的随机过程。用不均匀热电势的随机波动性的统计特征来表征铜铁热电极的总体特性,揭示铜铁热电极制造工艺的稳定性和新产品的可靠性。实验采用双介质法原理,热电极样品长度大于10m,移动速度为4.8mm/s。同时测量了配对的镍铬电极的动态不均匀性,并与铜铁电极进行了对比。
The distribution of inhomogeneous thermo-emf along the copper-iron thermoelectrode is described as a stationary ergodic random process.Through the description of the general character of the thermoelectrode by the statistic character of the fluctuating values of the inhomogeneous thermo-emf,it is possible to reveal the process stability and the new products'reliability.Double-medium method is adopted in the experiment,in which the sample is longer than ten meters and its moving speed is 4.8 mm/s.The dynamic inhomogenity of the mating nichrome thermoelectrode is measured and compared with that of copper-iron thermoelectrede.
