教师个人理论新转向:从个人取向到社群取向 被引量:8

摘要 个人理论是教师发展研究的重要前沿课题。近年,教师个人理论经历着从个人取向到社群取向的新变革。教师个人理论的转向突出表现在:从教师的个人实践转向共同实践;从个殊真理转向共识真理;从个人知识转向团队知识。
