摘要
在构建战斗部用合金钢设计知识库系统时,通过分析合金钢设计的一般过程,发现合金钢设计过程是在合金钢性能要求驱动下探索适当的合金成分配比、热处理工艺以及冷热变形工艺的过程,其在本质上是目标驱动推理过程。介绍了目标驱动推理的概念、算法以及优势与不足,阐述了合金钢设计的一般过程与目标驱动推理过程的内在联系,通过实例详细叙述了目标驱动推理在战斗部用合金钢设计知识库系统中的工作过程,总结了目标驱动推理在该系统中应用的效果。
When building Knowledge Base System(KBS) for Fighting Alloy Steels Design, a fact is found through analyzing the general process of alloy steels design that alloy steels designing is seeking appropriate alloying components, heat treatment or/and deformation technology to meet the requirement of properties of alloy steels. This is a process of target-driven reasoning in nature. In this paper, the definition, the steps, the advantages and disadvantages of target-driven reasoning are presented. The inherent relation between the processes of alloy steels design and target-driven reasoning is described. Furthermore, the working process of target-driven reasoning in KBS for Fighting Alloy Steels Design is demonstrated by a typical example. Finally, the effect of application of target-driven reasoning on the KBS is summarized.
