摘要
为解决当前电脑粗纱机同步控制、抗干扰效果不理想等问题,研制了基于多个微控制器的粗纱机控制系统。在硬件上以多个微控制器组合成的嵌入式系统代替分离的电机控制器,软件上使用基于自适应预测的智能控制算法。在粗纱机上的应用效果表明:新型控制系统具有较强抗干扰能力,并提高了粗纱机的恒张力控制精度。
To resolve the problems of synchronous control, anti-jamming and so on in computer roving machine, control system in roving machine based on muhi-MCU were researched, Flush type system of muhi-MCU were adopted instead of separated motor controller in hardware aspect, intelligence control calculation based on adapting and prospecting were adopted in software aspect. The application shows that new type control system has stronger anti-jamming ability, and can enhance constant tension control accuracy of roving machine.
