摘要
在聚丙烯(PP)装置上开发了低熔体流动速率(MFR)板材专用PP树脂B200。探讨了该树脂的刚性、韧性与相对分子质量的关系。树脂的加工性能与相对分子质量分布的关系及挤出造粒工艺条件对挤出成型的影响。结果表明,当控制B200产品的MFR在0.35~0.55g/10min时,通过添加适宜的抗氧剂体系.该专用树脂的性能达到国外同类产品的水平。
A kind of board speciality polypropylene resin, grade B200, was developed by taking propylene with low melt flow rate (MFR) as base resin. The dependence of rigidity and toughness on relative molecular mass, correlation between processability and relative molecular mass distribution and influences of processing parameters on extrusion moulding was explored respectively. In the case of controlling MFR of B200 in the range of 0.35 - 0.55 g/10 min while adding an appropriate antioxidant system, the performance of the speciality resin could compare favourably with the overseas products of same kind.
