摘要 介绍了聚氯乙烯(PVC)的紫外光降解机理。PVC的立构规整性、溶剂、增塑剂、热稳定剂和颜料及PVC的共混物一般被认为是光降解的主要影响因素,紫外光波长及制品厚度会对紫外光降解过程产生一定影响。作为该领域的研究热点之一,有关光降解的研究不仅有利于防止PVC制品在一般场合下的过快降解,而且有益于合理利用PVC作为环保材料时的光降解特性。 This paper introduced the degradation mechanism of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) under the irradiation of ultraviolet light. The stereoregularity of PVC, solvent, plasticizer, thermal stabilizer, pigment and blending of PVC were generally deemed as the main influential factors in the ultraviolet light degradation phenomenon.The wavelength of ultraviolet radiation and the thickness of produce could cause certain influence to the ultraviolet light degradation process. The studies on photodegradation, as one of the research hotspots in this field, not only could favor prevention of PVC produce from overquick degradation in normal cases, but also benefit the rational utilization of the light degradation characteristic of PVC in its application as an environmental-friendly materials.
