摘要
建立了用紫外分光光度法测定7-氨基乙酰氧基头孢烷酸的含量的方法。此药品在紫外光区有最大吸收值,且最大吸收波长为260nm。在260nm波长处测定标准工作曲线,得到回归方程y=0.0277x+0.0032,r2=09981。药品在溶液中比较稳定,药品含量为98.20%。此法的平均回收率为99.2%,接近100%。此方法准确度高、重现性好、操作简单。
The content of 7 - amido acetoxy eicosmloic acid was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometric method. This medicine has maximum absorption value in ultraviolet area. The maximum wavelength is 260nm. The regression equation is y = 0.0277x + 0. 0032, r^2 = 09981. The content of medicine is 98.20%. The average yield is 99.2%. It has high accuracy, reproductivity and simple operation.
