压膜法测腈纶纺丝原液的固体含量与NaSCN含量

摘要 用压膜法测定腈纶纺丝原液的固体含量(P)与NaSCN含量(w)并与拉丝法进行比较。结果表明:压膜法测定腈纶纺丝原液的P和w的准确度和精密度较拉丝法的高,且分析时间较短;压膜法测定P和w的相对标准偏差分别为0.136%,0.169%,而拉丝法测定分别为1.218%,1.032%;压膜法测定的纺丝原液的P与粘度相对应,且与粘度的对数呈线性关系,而拉丝法则没有。 The pressed film method was used to measure the solid content ( P ) and sodium thiocyanate content ( ω ) in PAN spinning dope and was compared with extraction method. The results showed that the pressed film method had higher accuracy and precision in shorter time; the relative standard deviations of P and w measurement were 0. 136% and 0. 169% by pressed film method and 1. 218% and 1. 032% by extraction method, respectively. The P value measured by pressed film method was in correspondence with viscosity and showed linear relationship with logarithmic viscosity number which was not found in extraction method.
