摘要
目的:探讨低温透析液对降低透析过程中低血压发生率的作用。方法:将25例长期维持血液透析的尿毒症患者随机分为A(35℃)组、B(36℃)组和C(37℃)组,分别用35℃、36℃、37℃的透析液进行血液透析,观察透析后血容量、收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压的变化情况。结果:3组透析超滤量分别为(3.30±0.2)kg、(2.98±0.21)kg、(3.11±0.14)kg,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组患者透析后相对血容量呈下降趋势,但差异无统计学意义。低温透析(35℃、36℃)可降低低血压的发生率,与常温透析(37℃)相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。35℃组和36℃组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用低温透析能改善透析相关性低血压的发生。低温透析操作简便,安全可靠,值得推广应用。
Objective: To observe the relationship between the different temperature of dialysate and bloodpressure and investigate the occurrence reason of hypotension in dialysating. Methods: Twenty-five patients with uremia in long-term were divided randomly into 3 groups and dialyzing in 3 different temperature(35℃, 36℃ and 37℃). Blood capacity systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure were recorded. Resualt: The Ultrafiltration quantity of 3 groups were (3. 30±0. 21) kg, (2.98±0.21) kgand (3. 11±0. 14) kg, respectively. There was no significant difference between three groups (P〉0. 05). Low temperatare hemodialysis (LTH) can reduce the episodes of hypotension. There was significant difference compared with the normal temperature 37℃ group (P〈0.05), no significant difference between the 35℃ and 36℃ group (P〉0.05). Conclusion: LTH can reduce episodes of hypotension. It is easy to manipulate, safe and dependable, should be extended.
