摘要
藏汉双语传播是西藏新闻传播事业最突出的特征,是党的民族区域自治政策的具体体现。本文试图以民族区域自治为背景,从双语传播的历史渊源、双语传播机制、双语传播功能和双语传播的未来走向等四个方面进行简要解析,进而把握西藏双语传播的特征和价值,并提出若干设想。
The bilingual news dissemination of Tibetan language and Chinese is the most remarkable feature of the Tibetan news dissemination cause,is the specific manifestation of our Party's policy of regional autonomy for nationalities.Taking the policy of regional autonomy for nationalities as a background,this article attempts to make a brief analysis from the four aspects——the bilingual dissemination's historical origin,its mechanism,its function and its developing trend,getting the Tibet bilingual dissemination's characteristic and the value,and propose some conceptions.
