摘要
工程项目建设过程存在着很大的不确定性,如何准确地识别工程项目中的各种风险是工程项目建设中的关键问题。文章在分析了项目工程风险的基础上,提出了工程项目风险辨识的一般方法。比较详细列举了风险评价涉及的所有方法,并通过实例对几种常用的方法进行了重点分析。
On the basis of analyzing the different risks that related to the engineering project, this paper has put forward the general methods of risk distinguishing to the engineering project. All methods towards the appraisal of risk have been enumerated in dettail in detail. Among all the methods,several kinds of commcnly used methods have been explained especially through the case analysis.
