摘要
论述了建立特高压直流输电标准体系的必要性和基本原则,并据此提出了特高压直流输电标准体系,按照通用技术、设计、设备订货技术条件、施工及验收、运行维护、设备试验方法、系统控制与保护等分类逐一介绍了所建立的特高压直流标准体系。
The necessity and basic principle of establishing ±800kV HVDC standard system are discussed. The ±800kV HVDC standard system according to basic principle is presented. Standards in the system is introduced one by one according to its categories of the common technology standards, the design technology standards, equipment technical specification,construction and commissioning test standards, operation and maintenance standards, equipments tests methods, system control and protection guidelines etc.
