浅议员工公平感与组织承诺的关系

摘要 本文从分配公平、程序公平和互动公平三个方面着手研究员工公平感的来源,并分析了它们对理想承诺、继续承诺、规范承诺、感情承诺的交叉作用,在此基础上,阐述了员工公平感与组织承诺的关系,提出了提高员工公平感的途径。
