摘要
针对纸浆模塑缓冲包装结构参数对缓冲性能的影响程度,引入基于实验设计的稳健性实验设计方法,探讨了纸浆模塑缓冲包装结构的厚度、斜度、缓冲高度和接触边长对缓冲性能的影响程度。此研究结果为缓冲包装结构的设计提供一定参考。
The structure parameter of paper pulp molded in cushion packaging has influences on cushion performance. Based on the robust design methodology of experimentation design, the influence of thickness, taper angle, height and touch-edge of structural unit for molded pulp to cushion performance was studied. Some adviees were given to structural design according to the result.
