摘要
根据番茄叶序发育与影响因子之间的关系,建立了番茄叶序发育动态模拟模型,模型具有合理的数学与生物学意义。模拟结果表明用叶序模型预测番茄各生育阶段及各器官的生育进程,与实际值吻合较好。可以用该模型编制番茄生长日历,预测当年番茄生长发育进程和各器官形成进程。
The model dynamically simulating the development of tomato leaf serial was established based on the relations between leaf growth and environmental factors. According to the simultaneous relationship between leaf serial and other organs, formation of tomato organs was simulated with relevant models. These models have reasonable meanings both in biology and in mathematics~ The results showed that the simulated values of the leaf appearance data agreed well with model. It can be applied to predict the leaf appearance dynamics of tomato with different varieties under different growing conditions. These results will provide a guide for regulation of tomato-growth.
