摘要
利用Pro/E模型分析功能,遵循塑性理论中体积不变条件及拉伸变形材料厚度有不同变化的力学特点,推导出一个关于筒形拉伸件坯料尺寸计算的简便、精确的新方法。通过生产实际中的实例和试验验证,该方法所得结果同实际比较接近。
According to the mechanics characteristic of nonvariant-volume condition and variant-thickness of material during deep drawing and by applying Pro/E model analysis function, a new simple and accurate method for calculating dimensions of drawing truckfest blank piece was deduced. Applied examples and experimental verifications showed the calculating results comparatively close to practical ones.
