摘要
本实验用133只 SD 大鼠观察实验性慢性胃炎时胃粘膜组织学的变化、尿素酶反应、弯曲菌样细菌的检出率,以及应用中药的影响,并探讨其相互关系。结果显示24小时内尿素酶反应阳性率与细菌检出率基本相符;胃炎组的尿素酶反应阳性率明显高于正常组;预防组及用“胃炎冲剂”和“三九胃泰”的治疗组其尿素酶反应阳性率则显著低于模型组(P<0.05);另经相关测定表明各组胃体粘膜的炎症程度与尿素酶反应有明显相关性(Rs=0.9146,P<0.01)。上述结果提示弯曲菌样细菌可能是慢性胃炎发病的重要条件因素。
The experiments were performed on 133 Sprague-Dawley rats with gastritis to observe histological changings of gastric mucosa,positive rate of urease reaction of CLO-like organisms,effects of herbs,and to analyse the interrelation between histological changings and urease reaction.The results showed that positive rate of urease reaction within 24hr was in keeping with that of CLO-like organisms.Positive rate of urease reaction of the gastritis group was much higher than that of the normal group (P<0.05).And positive rate of urease reaction of the preventive group and treated group with “Wei Yan Chongji” and “San Jiu Wei Tai” was much lower than that of the models (P<0.05).Meanwhile,the results showed that inflammative degree of the mucosa of stomach body of every group had great interrelation with positive rate of urease reaction (Rs=0.9146,P<0.01).So,the results mentioned above suggested that CLO-like organisms might be an important pathogenic factor of chronic gastritis.
