从高职院校的特性出发,详细阐述了高职院校图书馆如何本着“以人为本、服务至上”的服务理念,加强人性化管理,构建图书馆服务文化。
This paper explains the characteristics of high vocational colleges, and elaborates how to strengthen human-oriented management and construct a service culture in libraries of high vocational colleges based on the service notion of "Human-oriented, Service First" .
