摘要
从胚胎干细胞的来源、分离方法和饲养层细胞等方面,总结了胚胎干细胞分离与培养在近年来所取得的进展。
Isolation and culture is precondition in establishing the mammalian embryonic stem （ES） cells line. ES cells are generally derived from inner cell mass of blastocyst or primordial germ ceils. The advance on isolation and culture of ES cells was reviewed from the resource, isolation technique and feeder layer, and the developing direction in this field was also briefly discussed in this article.
