摘要
以三坐标测量机上圆柱度误差最小区域评定为例,探讨了有效集法在形状误差评定中的理论和应用。从理论上证明了有效集法的最优解条件包含了形状误差的最小条件和判别准则,因而用有效集法可以直接求得问题的最优解。文中还阐述了有效集法在处理形状误差评定方面所特有的自然方便、简洁易行、计算速度快等优点,是一种比单纯形法更优越的方法。
-The theory and application of the active set method in the evaluation of form errors are investigated in an example of the minimum zone evaluation of the cylindricity on the three-dimensional coordinates measuring machines. It has proven in theory that the optimum solve condition of the active set method contain the minimum zone principle and criterion. It is concluded that the active set method has the virtue of convenience to process form error evaluation, concise and easy to operate, highucalculated speed. It is much more superior to the Simplex method.
