聚丙烯导电复合材料的增韧改性研究 被引量:1

摘要 分别采用热塑性聚烯烃弹性体(POE)和马来酸酐接枝物(PE-g-MAH)对聚丙烯(PP)导电复合材料进行增韧改性,研究了它们对聚丙烯导电复合材料力学性能、流动性能、热性能及导电性能的影响,并对它们作了简单比较。结果表明:POE的增韧效果好于PE-g-MAH的,POE的加入使复合材料的冲击强度明显改善;两种增韧剂的加入均使复合材料的热变形温度降低,且对材料的导电性能影响不大;POE的加入改善了复合体系的流动性,而PE-g-MAH的加入使复合体系的流动性变差。 In order to improve the toughness of the composite, POE and PE-g-MAH were added into compound conductive polyoropylene and the mechanical properties, flowing properties, thermal properties and conductive properties of the composite were studied. The result showed that the modification effect of POE was better than the PE-g-MAH and the impact strength of composite was improved evidendy;The heat distortion temperature of the composite decreased appreciably with the introduction of POE and PE-g-MAH and they both showed litter effect on the conductive properties; The melting flow rate of the composite was improved with the introduction of POE, but decreased with the introduction of PE-g-MAH.
