摘要
介绍了黄鳝宰杀机的结构和工作原理,对成鳝的体形特征进行了统计分析,研究了喂入长度、导向压板长度及压力、剖刀伸出距离、刮刀伸出距离对宰杀性能影响规律,并进行了技术经济分析。
The structure and working principle of the common eel slaughter machine were introduced in this article.The figure and characteristic of the common eel were analyzed statistically.The affecting law of the feeding length, the length and pressure of the press plate, and the protruding quantity of knives which paunch and gut eels were studied.The technical and economical analysis of the eel slaughter machine was also discussed.
