摘要
目的:观察激光损伤后不同浓度碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basicfibroblastgrowthfactor,bFGF)对RPE细胞修复的作用。方法:采用甲基噻唑基四唑(Methylthiazolyte-trazolium,MTT)方法测定100mW功率的激光损伤后分别应用6种浓度的bFGF,不同时间RPE细胞的损伤修复情况。结果:激光照射后应用bFGF24小时可明显增加RPE细胞的再生,并呈剂量相关。结论:激光照射后应用bFGF对RPE细胞修复有促进作用。
Objective: Observe the effects of bFGF on repair of the cultured bovine retinal pigment epithelium cells after laser photocoagulation in Vitro. Methods: After photocoagulation with 100mW laser, different concentration of bFGF were added and the cell killed in grates(CKR) were measured by MTT assay. Results: The CKRs have a positive linearity relationship with the bFGF concentration in 24 hours group. Conclusion: bFGF can promote the repair of the cultured bovine retinal pigment epithelium cells after laser photocoagulation in vitro.
