摘要
水轮机组的振动是一个很复杂的问题,本文通过现场测试获得了机组主轴摆度及脉动水压力的有关数据;然后将质量偏心引起的振动和水力振动作为主轴振动的主要因素,根据现场的测试数据,模拟出了主轴的摆度与质量偏心引起的振动和水力振动之间的关系;进而可以获得轮轴的摆度不超过某界限时,机组能稳定运行的可靠性概率。
Vibration of hydraulic turbine is a complex problem. In this paper, firstly, statistic data of basic shaft waggling and pulse pressure are gotten by fieldwork vibration testing. Secondly, eccentric mass and pulse pressure are considered as the major factors which cause the basic shaft waggling and a quadratic polynomial is defined by regression analysis to evaluate the basic shaft waggling. Finally, reliability of the basic shaft is evaluated.
