摘要
根据化学专业英文文献词汇量大,而化学专业英语教学时数少的实际情况,提出了化学专业英语词汇教学的基本策略及其实施要点:坚持以学生为主体的教育思想,借助学生已有的化学知识和英语知识基础,运用认知心理学基本规律和第二语言教学的原理和技巧。
When reading chemical literatures in English, Chinese chemistry graduates meet a huge amount of English words. Even though An English Course for Chemistry Students is designed and implemented to solve the problem, instructional hours are limited. Accordingly, we present a series of instructional strategies: to insist on the student-oriented educational ideology ; to take advantage of the background knowledge in chemistry and essential English ; to abide by cognitive laws in psychology ; and to employ principles and skills of second language learning.
