摘要
本文主要介绍了基于工控机和数据采集卡的机油冷却器静压测试系统的基本结构、功能设计、工作流程、软硬件平台设计和系统实现过程。此系统由工控机作为控制端,利用数据采集卡实现数据的读取,从而达到对硬件液压试验系统的自动控制,完成对机油冷却器静压性能数据的现场分析和显示,并具有试验数据后期处理功能。
This paper introduces a static pressure test system of oil cooler, which is based on the industrial computer and the data acquisition card. With the ICP as its controller, and reading and writing the data by the data card, the system can automatically control the hydraulic test bed, analyze and display the static pressure performance data of the oil cooler in real time. In addition, the system also has the function of managing the test data after the test.
