AOD激光扫描加工图形算法及控制模型的研究

摘要 AOD激光加工物镜平场扫描系统中,输出平面笛卡儿坐标系与AOD驱动器坐标系之间存在着非线性映射关系,使扫描加工图形产生图形加工畸变。基于数学矩阵、矩阵光学和光学折射定律等理论对AOD激光扫描加工图形算法进行了推导计算,在此基础上建立了DEA控制模型。通过实验验证有效地校正了图形畸变,显著提高了激光扫描加工系统精度,图形畸变误差较以前减小。 In AOD laser beam scanning manufacturing system, there was non - linearity mapping relation between the output Cartesian coordinates of object lens scanning plane system and the coordinate of AOD driver. It made the laser scanning geometry to be distorted. The geometry algorithm was deduced and obtained based on mathematics matrix, optical matrix and refraction law of light. The DEA ( Dual - Ends Approach) control model was founded based on the geometry algorithm. The geometry distorted range was effectively amended. And it improved the precision of laser scanning manufacturing system. It is known that the error of geometry distorted was reduced.
