激光联合加味桃红四物汤与干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣患者的疗效观察

摘要 目的:观察二氧化碳激光配合中药加味桃红四物汤与干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法:将208例病人随机分为综合治疗组(二氧化碳激光联合加味桃红四物汤内服与干扰素肌注)104例和对照组(二氧化碳激光加干扰素)104例。两组经过12周治疗后进行疗效比较。结果:综合治疗组治愈率明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:二氧化碳激光联合加味桃红四物汤内服与干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣,疗效确切,复发率低。 Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Comprehensive treatment of condylomata acuninata. Methods:Two hundred and eight patients were randomly divided into two groups: the test group (n = 104) and the control group ( n = 104). In test group, the patients with condylomata acuninata were treated with CO2 laser irradiate combined with Taohongsiwutang (oral administration) + human interferon a -2b (im). Results: The therapeutic effects was better obviously(P 〈 0.01 ) in the test group than that in the control group. Conclusions: It is a good therapeutic' method that CO2 laser therapy combined with the Chinese herbs Taohongsiwutang + recombinant human interferon a -2b in patients with eondylomata aeuninata .
