摘要
在分析煤炭城市发展接续产业原因必要性的基础上,指出了发展接续产业的途径,最后提出了煤炭城市发展接续产业的人力资本对策。
This paper, based on the analysis of the reason and necessity foundation of the coal city＇ s continuing industry development, pointed out the route of the continuing industry development, and then proposed the manpower capital countermeasure of the coal city＇ s development continuing industry finally.
