摘要
在面板堆石坝变形监测中,过去采用埋设传感器的方法对大坝进行变形测量,这样的变形测量局限于有限的几个点,而且须埋设传感器,增加了监测的设备费用。目前发明了一种新型的测量方法,采用传感器运送小车在坝体预先敷设的管道内移动,来测量管道逐点的变形,设备费用大大减少。文中介绍了一种特殊的圆柱形小车用于运送传感器,经过分析确定了车轮的最优布置方案,并进行了车体的设计。
In the course of monitoring the stone-planed board dam, sensors installed in the clam were used to measure the deformation of the clam in the past. Those kinds of methods only measured limited points, and needed to install a large number of sensors, which added to the expense of the equipments. At present, a new type of measuring is invented. It uses transporting-trolly canting sensors, moving in the pipeline, which is arranged in the dam and monitor the pipeline from point to point. In this way, the expense of the equipments is reduced a lot. In this paper, a columniform trolly is designed, and around the ear two rows of wheel are arranged. The best distribution of wheels are given, and the trolly is designed.
