摘要
目的对中药核桃楸(Juglans Mandshurica Maxim.)皮的化学成分进行了分离、鉴定。方法核桃楸皮的水提取物用硅胶色谱法、聚酰胺柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、反相ODS柱色谱和制备HPLC方法进行分离纯化;根据波谱数据解析、理化常数分析及文献对照进行结构鉴定。结果从核桃楸的水提取物中分离鉴定了6个化合物,分别是8-羟基蒽醌-1-羧酸(1)、山柰酚(2)、杨梅苷(3)、槲皮苷(4)、4,5,8-三羟基-α-萘酮-5-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、4,5,8-三羟基-α-萘酮-5-O-β-D-(6'-O-没食子酰基)葡萄糖苷(6)。结论化合物1为新天然产物,化合物1~4为首次从核桃楸中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of water extract of the bark of Juglans mandshurica Maxim. Methods The constituents were isolated by chromatography methods such as silica gel, polyamide, sephadex LH-20, ODS column, HPLC. The structures of these compounds were identified by the physico-chemical analysis, NMR spectroscopic methods. Results Compounds 1 - 6 were obtained and their structures were identified as 8-hydroxy-9, 10-anthraquinone-l-earboxylic acid(l), kaempferol(2), myricitrin (3), quercitrin(4), 4, 5, 8-trihydroxy-α-tetralone-5-O-βD-glucopyranoside(5) and 4, 5, 8-trihydroxy-α-tetralone-5-O-β-D-(6'-O-galloyl)glucopyranoside(6). Conclusions Compound 1 is identified as a new natural product, compounds 1- 4 are obtained from this plant for the first time.
