摘要
应用车辆零部件可靠性稳健优化设计的理论方法,对车辆前轴进行了可靠性稳健优化设计。通过模糊多目标粒子群算法求出所有满足约束性条件的pareto解集,结合实际情况,依据pareto解集确定零部件的设计规格。实验证明该方法能迅速有效地获得可靠性稳健设计的信息。
The method of reliability robust optimization design on vehicle components are employed to optimize the design of reliability of vehicle front-axle. It takes advantage of multi-objective particle swarm algorithm stemming from Fuzzy to calculate all of pareto which satisfy the restricted conditions. And it gives the components size according to pareto and the practical case, The experiment shows that information on reliability robust design in practical engineering can be obtained effectively and quickly by this method.
