摘要
目的:观察海马结构在脑的冠状断层切面上的形态及变化,为临床提供解剖学依据。方法:采用14例经10%福尔马林固定的成年男性脑标本,制作垂直于连合间线(AC—PC间线)层厚4mm的冠状切面,对其前表面逐层照相;在典型切片的前表面上对海马结构进行观察测量。结果:从前往后,海马结构在第16~18冠状断层切面上出现,第24~26层面消失,其典型层面为7个,并获得了各层面海马结构的逐项解剖学参数。结论:在脑的不同冠状断层切面上海马结构有一系列的位置及形态变化,海马从前往后逐渐变小,齿状回则相反;海马从前往后由较宽变成略圆,其冠状面上的长轴先略向内上,再略向内下,然后又逐渐向内上至45°左右。
Objective: To observe and measure hippocampal formation of cerebullar coronal cross section in Chinese adult males, in order to accumulate anatomic data and provide theoretic evidence for clinic technique; Methods: 14 cadaveric brain speci mens from Chinese adult males,fixed in 10% formahn,were dissected by cutting each brain perpendicular to the AC - PC line,and obtained a series of slices each in 4mm width on coronal section. The anterior surface of slices were observed and taken digital photographs. The chiastic and longitudinal diameters, angle between transverse axis and horizontal hne, thickness of subiculum, width and thickness of dentate fascia on the typical slice were measured. Results: From anterior to posterior, the hippocampal formation approximately appeared and disappeared at the 16 - 18th and 24 - 26th slices respectively. The thickness of that was about 32 - 36mm(the data showed in text). Conclusion: The appearance of hippocampal formation from Chinese adult males became gradually smaller from anterior to posterior on coronal section, but that of dentate gyrus was reverse. The hippocampus, which was wider at first, becomes round gradually. The coronal long axis was upward from the horizon at first, then downward a little bit, gradually up- ward again, and cross the horizontal axis about 45° angulus.
