摘要
合成纳米碳酸钙/聚L-乳酸复合材料,并评价其生物相容性、力学性能。利用细胞培养技术将合成的纳米碳酸钙/聚L-乳酸复合材料与细胞标准株体外共培养,动态观察细胞生长情况;对材料进行初始强度的力学测试。力学测试显示纳米碳酸钙/聚L-乳酸复合材料具有较高的初始强度,同时材料具有良好的生物相容性。纳米碳酸钙与聚L-乳酸复合后,提高了其力学性能,并使材料具有一定的生物活性。
The purpose of this study is to synthesize nanometer calcium carbonate/poly(L-lactide) composites and evaluate its biocompatibility, and mechanical properties. The nanometer calcium carbonate/ poly(L-lactide) composites was prepared by the method of solution mixing and cell culture. Its properties were analyzed using, mechanical tests, MTT assay, transmission electron microscope and scanning electron microscope. It was found that the new kind copolymer had good biocompatibility, nanometer calcium carbonate could enhance the strength of the pure poly (L-lactide) matrix. The nanometer calcium carbonate/ poly (L-lactlde) composites is a promising bioabsorbable material. It is worth further medical research.
