摘要
钩吻碱类提取物在浓度大于1.25μg/ml以上时对混合淋巴细胞培养反应(MLR)均有不同程度的抑制作用,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)的最低抑制浓度为2.5μg/ml,抑制率为18.3%。单独采用C57BL/6j小鼠脾细胞进行实验,促有丝分裂剂为细菌脂多糟(LPS5μg/ml),在钩吻碱类提取物浓度为40μg/ml才出现抑制作用(P<0.05),抑制率为18%,改用刀豆蛋白A(ConA2μg/ml)刺激,钩吻碱类提取物最低抑制浓度为20μg/ml,抑制率为12.4%(P<0.05).脾细胞先经ConA活化.后用白细胞介素2(5u/ml)维持培养,此时钩吻碱类提取物的最低抑制浓度为40μg/ml.抑制率为17.1%(P<0.05)。
Gelsemium alkaloids abstract(GAA)in concentrations of more than 1.25μg/ml could,tosome extent,inhibit mixed lymphocyte culture response. The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)ofstatistical significance(P<0.05)was 2.5μg/ml,with an inhibitory rate of 18.3%,When C57 BL/6j motuse splenocytes were used,and the proliferation was induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS 5μg/ml),the MIC ofGAA was 40μg/ml(P<0.05)with an inhibitory rate of 18%,If concanavalin A(Con A 2μg/ml)is used ,the MIC of GAA was 20μg/ml(p<0.05) with an inhibitory rate of 12.4%,Splenocytes were activatedfirstly by Con A and then the culture was maintained in the precence of interleukin 2(IL-2).Under thiscondition,the MIC of GAA was 40μg/ml(P<0.05),with an inhibitory rate of 17.1%.
